Conscious Mind vs Subconscious Mind

Do you believe a “thought” comes before a “feeling”?

As I think about it I believe we are wired to think a certain way based off how something has made us feel. So feeling before thought for me.

Therefore as science states our subconscious mind is our powerhouse. It stores and processes information received in various ways than our conscious mind does. It holds those past experiences, memories and stores them and when something vaguely familiar happens in our present our subconscious mind takes us back to something from the past brining the memory to our conscious mind making us aware.

This is the problem so many of us have because we want to associate the present to the past which keeps us stuck in a state of constant battle.

This is what it means to be “stuck”.

I truly feel our subconscious mind keeps us bound beyond our own ability to comprehend. It stores the trauma we’ve endured, the pain, the suffering, the fear, the negative emotions for which we haven’t dealt with because of our determination to push forward without addressing what’s happened to us.
