Acknowledging

The most pivotal point is realizing there are things blocking your growth that could be because of your own doing, your behavior, your mindset, and your actions.

Ever heard that saying, “you’re not good to anyone if you’re not good yourself”? Well, its true. I believe the best love you will ever receive is the love YOU give yourself. Start investing in you and stop pouring into others.

Do you find it’s a constant battle making sure your cup stays full just to end up with it half empty ALL the time? Do you find your mood stays in sadness, worry mode, tired, frustrated, angry, depressed and well….empty? Do you overreact and realize maybe you need an attitude adjustment?

If so, you understand the feeling when you can’t stand to be around yourself and can’t figure out why or how you’ve gotten to that point. Can you pinpoint areas you need extra work on? If so, give yourself a pat on the back because you’re already in the acknowledging stage. If you’re unsure but constantly hear people closest to you say the same things about you, over and over again, and it makes you so frustrated to hear it but you don’t believe not one word of it to be true? News flash, it’s time you start believing a fraction of what they are saying because chances are they just may some truth to it. Invest in yourself to find out.

Below is my strategy. The process is simple. You must first acknowledge the obstacles blocking your growth and preventing you from the freedom and peace you seek. Recognizing that you may very well be contributing to your problems. Then finding out that the problems you thought you had aren’t really problems at all. Problems that seemed so BIG will seem so mynute once you discover the secret. It’s the most pivotal point in the process. In order to do this you must change the way you see things, that means it requires you to change the way you think and process the negative. Nothing comes over night so you must understand and hold yourself accountable for the progress you want to see take place in your life. The key is not giving up on you.


Acceptance

Owning YOUR Truth

It’s never easy owning your own truths but it is necessary. Repeat after me, “it’s not everyone else, it’s me too”. Once you are able to acknowledge the root cause of things causing strife in your life, the sooner you will come to terms with it, accept it, forgive yourself and others and own your contribution in it.

Example: A person who has been hurt by someone, or perhaps someone has wronged you, often times if the aggressor or offender would apologize it would make a person feel in control and able to handle the situation and get to a point of accepting the offense, forgiving and possibly welcoming you back into their life. This gives you or them what’s needed to move forward.

Example: If you are around a group of friends that is speaking ill about another person behind their back and you don’t step up to end the conversation, change the subject or remove yourself from that group YOU are contributing to it whether you say anything or not. You either stand for something or fall for anything. Know your circle, the company you keep and understand your position and the power you have within. Because often times you may not have said anything but when it gets back to the person that was talked about your name is sure to be brought up. You were in the group and to them you are seen in a negative light.

Accepting what was, what is and what could be is truly a game changer. When you understand YOU, you will find the possibilities in life are endless! Acceptance is not just for other people to accept you, forgive you, etc. but its for you to accept you completely. Your past. Your present. Your future.

Reset Recharge Regain Control

Elevation! When you know better you do better! Live the life you always dreamed.

Reset- change your mindset. Change the way you see things, the way you think, the way you process negative energies, people and things.

Recharge-refuel. Charge up your power source, boost your mood, energy, release the anger, stress, frustration, worry, anxiety. Evaluate the people in your life, unplug from social media and negative vibes. Put things in perspective, spend time with self and learn what you love about you and what you enjoy most, rest, give yourself permission to choose you!

Regain Control- Elevation. Anything is possible. Problems aren’t problems-they become situations you learn and take away lesson from. You control you, your environment, time and peace of mind.


It’s time to get REAL about what you want! Be honest with yourself and recognize the RAW truth. Connect with someone you can relate to!
