Almost three years ago I came to a place where I desperately needed to find a release. I was drowning and discouraged, and things went wrong every time I turned around.
One day, alone, in silence, I started thinking and thinking until I found a strategic plan that worked for me. How to release the things I was holding on to that had me confused, unstable, and focusing on the wrong things.
The road map to freedom. It still helps me when I have an issue that comes up and I have difficulty trying to make sense of it. I go back to the basics and start at the beginning acknowledging there is a problem, accepting my part in it, refocusing my thoughts, and recharging my energy. That’s when I find relief- the courage to release whatever it is before it causes me to stumble or fumble my blessings.
In your vulnerable and difficult times, I encourage you to try my method. You don’t need outside forces to help you overcome. What I’ve found to be most productive is to quiet the noise around you. You’ll be more likely to arrive at the place you’re intended to be and at the right time.
