Being silent does not apply to every situation. It will never be the standard course of action to take. The consequences of such actions are less effective than voicing your thoughts, opinions, and feelings. What’s most effective is having conversations that’s most difficult. The best action is embracing that there will be resistance, and differences along the way. The tone used, choice of words spoken, and your delivery is important. Do not counteract what came before you had the courage to respond.
