I’ve been a coach for some years now but even coaches have coaches too! Life is about learning. Learning doesn’t stop when you accomplish what you set out to do. You continue to set goals to reach higher levels making you a better person, friend, teacher, mentor and coach for others. I thoroughly enjoy the people I surround myself with. I understood early on that it was detrimental for me if I didn’t connect with likeminded people. People who were positive, free mentally and emotionally, capable of choosing themselves over all else.

Self-care is the best care you can give yourself. Someone has to do it, so it matter as well be YOU. Your sanity and over all health depend solely on you. You are no good to anyone if you aren’t good. As women we have the world upon our shoulders. Everything starts with us. There would be no people in this world if it wasn’t for women. So, I challenge you, woman or man to choose you. Let go of what is holding you back from living a life you deserve. As for me, I couldn’t have asked for a better support team, group of ladies and mentors that support my mission and passion.
